At Live and Learn Ent. LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a positive shopping experience. However, if you encounter an issue with your order, please review our Refund & Return Policy below to understand how we handle returns, exchanges, and claims.

1. Returns and Claims for Damaged, Defective, or Misprinted Items
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or misprinted, please contact us within 30 days of receiving the item to submit a claim. For items that are lost in transit, claims must be submitted within 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims resulting from an error on our part will be covered at no additional cost to you.

2. Return Address
The default return address is set to the Printful facility where the merchandise is distributed. If a return is processed, you will receive an automated email notification when the returned item is received. Please note that unclaimed returns will be donated to charity after 30 days. If a return address other than Printful’s facility is used, you will be responsible for any return-related costs.
3. Wrong or Insufficient Address
If you provide an incorrect or insufficient shipping address, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for any reshipping costs once the correct address has been confirmed. Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate to avoid delays.
4. Unclaimed Shipments
If a shipment is not claimed and returned to us, you will be responsible for the cost of reshipping it to you or your customer (as applicable). If you have not registered an account or provided a billing method, unclaimed items will be donated to charity at your expense. No refund will be issued in such cases.
5. Non-returnable Items
For health and hygiene reasons, certain items, such as face masks, cannot be returned. Any returned face masks will not be eligible for reshipping and will be disposed of.
6. Returns for Buyer’s Remorse
We do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse (i.e., if you change your mind about a purchase). However, if your customer is dissatisfied with the product, returns for size exchanges or product issues can be accepted at your discretion and at your expense. You will need to place a new order for a different size or product if you choose to accept a return.
7. Returns for Customers in Brazil
Customers in Brazil may return products due to buyer’s remorse within 7 days of receiving the item. You will need to contact our Customer Service team and provide a photo of the item. The product will be evaluated for use or damage, and if deemed used or damaged (even partially), a refund will not be possible.
8. European Union Consumer Rights In compliance with the EU Consumer Rights Directive (Article 16(c) and (e) of Directive 2011/83/EU), the right of withdrawal (return) does not apply to:
Goods that are made to the consumer's specifications or are clearly personalized.
Sealed goods that have been unsealed after delivery and cannot be returned due to health or hygiene reasons.
We reserve the right to refuse returns on these items at our sole discretion.
